In this study, the rGO aerogel material was successfully fabricated by freeze-drying combined with high-temperature reduction method. The characteristics of rGO aerogel were investigated by modern techniques such as SEM-EDX, XRD, Raman, N2 adsorption and desorption.

Graphene aerogel (GA) was synthesized by chemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) using ethylene diamine as a reducing agent, which was then followed by a freeze-drying process. In this work, we produced GA by hydrothermal process followed by freeze-drying. The produced adsorbent was then deployed to study the TC adsorption process.

A three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/nickel-cobalt sulfide (RGO/NiCo2S4) aerogel was fabricated by an efficient and facile one-step hydrothermal approach. The NiCo2S4 needle-like structure consisted of many small nanoparticles well attached to the surface of the RGO sheet. The prepared aerogel had high porosity and conductivity.

In the present study, the composites including Fe2O3/TiO2/graphene aerogel (Fe2O3/TiO2/GA) and TiO2/graphene aerogel (TiO2/GA), and graphene aerogel (GA) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. In this research, graphene aerogel (GA) was fabricated by chemical reduction method, in which ethylenediamine (EDA) was used as a reducing and functionalising agent. The characterisation of GA was studied by density, field-emission scanning electron microscope, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The results of the analysis showed that GA exhibits low density, ranging from 4-8 mg/cm3 , high porosity, and BET specific surface area changes from 176 to 1845 m2 /g.
