The measurement methods using structured light have the advantage of being fast, accurate, and noncontact with the surface of the object. However, these methods have reached its limitation when measuring mechanical details with high surface gloss, due to the unpredictable reflection of incident rays after reaching to object’s surface that, consequently, leads to the simultaneous appearance of several regions with different brightness.

Freeman chain code histogram and Gradient feature extraction techniques are better because freeman chain code approach is robustness to small variation and easy to implement and the gradient technique can be easily used to gray scale images and are robust against image noise and edge direction fluctuation. SVM classifier is better than KNN and ANN classifier because of its complexity of training, flexibility, classification accuracy and complexity which is given bellow.

In this paper we have designed a new image encryption algorithm, which includes a novel chaotic map and coding scheme. In the suggested approach, the coding algorithm is based on Gray code. Each pixel in the encrypted image is generated by applying XOR operation to two items: the first item is the coded form of the corresponded pixel in the original image. The second one is a pixel in the original image which is selected by the chaotic map.
