"Standard Specification for Automotive Gray Iron Castings" applies to gray iron castings, cast in sand molds, used in the products of the automobile, truck, tractor, and allied industries. The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.

This specification covers gray iron castings that are statically cast in permanent molds; No precise quantitative relationship can be stated between the properties of the iron in various locations of the same casting or between the properties of a casting and those of a test specimen cast from the same iron (see Appendix X1).

One of the most popular ornamental plants worldwide, roses (Rosa sp.), are very susceptible to Botrytis gray mold disease. The necrotrophic infection of rose petals by B. cinerea causes the collapse and death of these tissues in both the growth and post-harvest stages, resulting in serious economic losses.

This study aimed to detect the gray mold disease at an early stage on tomato fruits using the non-destructive visible/near-infrared (VIS/NIR) technique. Botrytis. cinerea fungus was isolated and identified using two specific primer sets (C729+/- and BC108+/BC563-). Three tomato varieties were used for this study (i.e. Harver, Izmer and Ekram), 30 samples from each variety, 20 samples were injected with the B. cinerea and 10 samples were left as control/healthy samples.

Trichoderma spp. are effective biocontrol agents for many plant pathogens, thus the mechanism of Trichoderma-induced plant resistance is not fully understood. In this study, a novel Trichoderma strain was identified, which could promote plant growth and reduce the disease index of gray mold caused by Botrytis cinerea in cucumber.

Protein kinases (PKs) play an important role in signaling cascades and are one of the largest and most conserved protein super families in plants. Despite their importance, the woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) kinome and expression patterns of PK genes remain to be characterized.

Three bio-agents i.e. Trichoderma viridae, Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma aspergillum were evaluated against Botrytis cinerea under in vitro condition. Culture disc of fungal bio-agents and pathogen were taken from the growing cultures and transferred to PDA contained in 70 mm petridishes on opposite sides approximately at one cm from the wall of the plate. Among these three bio-gents Trichodema harzianum showed best mycelial growth inhibition of Botrytis cinerea.

The gray mold disease of capsicum (Capsicum annum var. grossum) caused by Botrytis cinerea Pers. is one of the major destructive fungal disease of bell pepper in Kashmir. The disease symptoms appeared on leaves and fruits of capsicum plant and were prevalent from July to September, causing economic loss to the crop. This disease was first time reported from Kashmir valley. The fungus was isolated on Potato Dextrose Agar from the diseased samples and incubated at 25±20 . Based on pathogenecity, symptomatology and morpho-cultural characteristics, the pathogen was identified as Botrytis cinerea.

Botrytis gray mold disease of lilium is a major fungal disease and is one of the main factors that limit the lilium cultivation and production. It appeared as a new disease on crop lilium from May to August (2018-2019) causing death of leaves and flowers. The pathogen was consistently isolated on PDA, from infected leaves and flowers. Botrytis cinerea was recorded as a gray mold pathogen on Lilium for the first time in Kashmir, causing leaf and flower and blight. The fungus was identified as B.
