Despite this, they are still experiencing slow adoption of eprocurement. The acetic acid bacterium Gluconobacter oxydans 621H is characterized by its exceptional ability to incompletely oxidize a great variety of carbohydrates in the periplasm. The metabolism of this α-proteobacterium has been characterized to some extent, yet little is known about its transcriptomes and related data. In this study, we applied two different RNAseq approaches. Primary transcriptomes enriched for 5′-ends of transcripts were sequenced to detect transcription start sites, which allow subsequent analysis of promoter motifs, ribosome binding sites, and 5´-UTRs.

This paper has aimed to investigate the slope stability for various conditions like embankment geometry, water level and soil property. The analysis has been performed by using the XSTABL program for di erent slope heights, slope angles and ood conditions with a xed soil cohesion value. Since the rapid drawdown is the worst case for a particular embankment therefore, the analysis has been further performed with di erent cohesion values. From this investigation it has been noticed that the increase of cohesion of soil can increase the stability to a great extent.

Front line demonstration is an effective and appropriate tool to demonstrate recommended technologies among the farmers. Krishi Vigyan Kendra, JAU, Amreli conducted 30 demonstrations on castor during 2015-16 to 2017-18 in the villages of Amreli district. The study found, the yield of castor in IT under irrigated conditions ranges from 25.70 to 27.85 q/ha whereas in FP it ranges between 19.45 to 22.31 q/ha. The per cent increase in yield with IP over FP was recorded in the range of 18.5 to 32.1%. The extension gap and technological index were ranging from 4.1 to 6.3 q/ha and 2.2 to 4.

As people who have a great influence on the development of children in general and reproductive health in particular, parents play a big role in educating their children in this topic. Numerous studies have also confirmed that parents with effective education will reduce the risk of sexual risk behaviors of children later. The paper focuses on analyzing survey results on 498 parents at 4 school is in Hanoi and shows that 72,1% of parents have talked with their children about reproductive health in the past 6 months, however, the frequency and extent of communication are still limited.

Field experiment was conducted during Rabi season 2013-2014 at Central Experiment Station, Pangari Block, Wakawali, Dr. B.S.K.K.V. Dapoli, Dist. Ratnagiri. The objective of experiment was effect of factory effluent on available of nutrients in soil. The experiment was laid out in Randomize block design with three replication and nine treatments. The experimental soil was acidic but after application effluent it goes to the alkaline having pH above 7.
