In this study, financial performance is assessed through three indicators ROA (return of assets), ROE (return of equity), NIM (net profit margin). Based on previous domestic and foreign studies, the research has selected a suitable model for Vietnam with 08 factors affecting financial performance including bank size (SIZE), equity to total assets (CAP), operating expenses to operating income (CIR), risk provision (RISK), bank age (AGE), fixed assets to total assets (TANG), gross domestic product growth rate (GDP) and inflation rate (INF).

The experiment comprising nine treatment combinations were laid out in randomized block design and replicated thrice. The treatment consisted combination of 3 levels of nitrogen viz. 75kg/ha, 60 kg/ha and 45 kg/ha, and 3 levels of potassium viz. 20 kg/ha, 30 kg/ha and 40 kg/ha along with Phosphorus at 40 kg/ha. The Yield parameters viz. Number of Heads/hill, Number of Grains/head, Grain yield, and maximum Gross return, Net return and B:C ratio were recorded with the application of 75 kg/ha Nitrogen + 40 kg/ha Phosphorus + 40 kg/ha Potassium.

The investigation was undertaken during kharif season 2016 at Shaheed Gundadhoor College of Agriculture and Research Station, Jagdalpur, Bastar (Chhattisgarh). An experiment was conducted at Department of Agronomy, Agricultural College and Research Institute, Killikulam to achieve enhanced remuneration and profit margin in irrigated finger millet through intercropping and mulching. Among mulching, the highest gross return (Rs.68,336/- ha-1 ) and B:C ratio of 2.16 was obtained in rice straw mulch (M1) which was followed by M2 (shredded coconut waste mulch) with a gross return of Rs.63,635/- ha-1 and B:C ratio of 2.01. Similar trend in net return was observed because of higher crop yield.

The study was taken up to estimate the cost and returns of briquette production in Tamil Nadu. Structured interview schedule was used to collect necessary data from the briquette production unit. Total cost of briquette production was found to be Rs 3441 per tonne. In which fixed and variable cost was Rs 341 per tonne, Rs 3100 per tonne respectively. To popularize rabi castor cultivation with onion intercrop in drip fertigation in Salem and Namakkal district demonstration were conducted under farmers participatory approach. The castor with onion intercropping through drip fertigation was introduced in different blocks in Namakkal and Salem districts in an area of 18 ha with total beneficiaries of 43. Makhana or gorgon nut (Euryale ferox) is an aquatic crop belongs to Nymphaeaceae family and is grown in some districts of north Bihar. The present study was conducted in two leading makhana producing districts, Darbhanaga and Madhubani of Bihar. The main objective of the investigation was to assess the costs and returns from cultivation of makhana in the study area. The field experiment was conducted during kharif season, 2017 at Seed Farm, College of Agriculture, Vijayapura,Karnataka. The experiment comprised of nine biopriming treatments and control. The results revealed that the higher seed yield (790 kg ha-1 ), gross returns (Rs. 39,475 ha-1 ), net returns (Rs. 24,046 ha-1 ) and B:C ratio (2.56) were recorded in the Rhizobium leguminosarum @ 20 per cent followed by Trichoderma harzianum @ 20 per cent, Streptomyces sp. strain AUDT-502 @ 20 per cent as compared to control and Fluorescent pseudomonad sp.
