This paper describes the experiment conducted in order to support or reject the hypothesis that the effect of the odd pricing technique depends on the gender of the customer. Analysis of the recent studies in the field of customers’ price perception and, more narrowly, the odd-even pricing, failed to formulate the mutually shared point of view on the problem: whether the odd pricing effect exists or not? Empirical evidence from one group of researches prove this effect is significant while other group of researches prove the opposite.

This research was carried out to analyze factors influencing the online purchase intention of customers in Ho Chi Minh City. Through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, the author conducted a survey of 226 customers who intended to engage in online purchase in Ho Chi Minh City. As can be seen from the research results, there were 5 groups of factors influencing the customers' online purchase intention, namely: (1) Perceived usefulness; (2) Perceived ease of use; (3) Perceived risk; (4) Subjective norm; and (5) Price expectation.

This study finds a mismatch between pricing patterns across various regions and cities. There are cities with two types of price patterns, cities with price cycles and cities without. Most cities have not excessive fluctuations, and their price patterns are almost smooth. This group of cities have different levels of petrol prices. The greater distance with Perth raises petrol prices in these groups of cities. Cyclical patterns have been observed only in Murray, Mandurah and Geraldton.

The study is an attempt to examine empirically the effects of oil price shock on current account imbalances. The analysis is carried out on the crosscountry panel of 160 countries that are divided into three different groups base on their level of oil imports. The relationship between the oil price shock and current account imbalances is rigorously assessed using two different approaches. Firstly, the seemingly unrelated regression models are used to estimate the effects of oil price shock on current account imbalances with transmission channels namely trade, valuation, and wealth.

This paper aims to examine the effect of crude oil price volatility, the internet, and inflation on economic growth in ASEAN-5 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand). To test this effect, we use the panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag model and panel data with annual time series for the period from 1995 to 2018. The test results show that only the internet affects economic growth in the long run, and this effect is positive.

This paper investigates the optimal exchange rate regime in a group of ASEAN countries, which minimises the adverse effects of foreign demand shocks on real output, the real exchange rate, price level and between-country income gap. Using a panel structural vector autoregressive model for small open economies, we show that the extent by which foreign demand shocks influence the between-country income gap depends on the exchange rate regime and the transmission channels through output, the price level and the real exchange rate.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the scenario of the livestock markets in central plain zone of Punjab. There are total 5 big livestock markets in the central plain zone of Punjab. Out of these three markets namely Jagraon, Sadhugarh and Khanna deals majorly with productive animals sale purchase while rest two deals with sale-purchase of unproductive buffaloes (senile, calves etc) for meat purpose only. Present study was conducted in above mentioned three productive animal markets, two of which are modern and one is of traditional nature.
