  • This article studies the influence of macro factors on bankruptcy risk of real estate businesses listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange. By using the Logistic regression model with 53 real estate businesses listed on the Vietnam stock exchange in the period 2012 - 2022, it shows that high GDP growth of the economy reduces the risk of bankruptcy of real estate businesses. Meanwhile, the higher the interest rate, the greater the risk of bankruptcy that real estate businesses face.

  • Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is the sum of income for all goods and services acquired in a given time period. This study develops a model of GDP data for the state of Johor between 2005-2016 using the Logistic Growth model. Long-term GDP equilibrium values are predicted using non-linear equations and tested with different parameters. Forecasts of GDP in the near future are also presented using the appropriate parameters.

  • The research investigates the demand on education in the field of logistics management among the high school and vocational students at North Eastern of Thailand. The research explores the needs for labor market in logistics between the private enterprises and government agencies.
