Patient safety is a global challenge of preventing and mitigating medical errors which might harm patients during their course of treatment and care. This research aimed to assess the perception of patient safety culture and its associated factors among health staff in some hospitals in Vietnam.

Heart failure is a growing public health issue with high mortality and hospitalization rates. Comprehensive management programs are needed to improve outcomes and reduce costs. In Vietnam, there are gaps in guideline-directed medical therapy, lack of a multidisciplinary approach, inadequate patient education, and poor continuity from inpatient to outpatient care. However, management programs are evolving with 29 hospitals having established programs.

This cross-sectional study aimed to identify the prevalence and factors related to the activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) among elderly people in Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, and Quang Binh in 2018. This paper presents a survey the medicinal plants and their traditional use by Muong and Dao ethnic minority groups in Ba Vi National park, Vietnam. A total of 257 medicinal plant species belonging to 204 genera and 81 families are used by Dao and Muong people in Ba Vi National Park. These species are used for treatment of 63 different diseases. Of them, the Dao ethnic group used 144 species, the Muong ethnic group used 30 species, and 83 species were used by both ethnic minority groups.
