This paper describes the isolation and structural elucidation of three flavonoids from the leaves of Wedelia trilobata. From the chloroform extract of the leaves of Wedelia trilobata (L.) Hitch., collected in district 7 fallows, fifteen compounds were isolated.

The genus Adonis L. is a member of Ranunculaceae and consists of perennial and annual herbaceous plants included in the tribe Adonideae under the subfamily Ranunculoideae.
