In this study, we present an innovation method to synthesize ZnO nanoparticles colloidal solution by Zn2+ precipitation, and using COS and COS-I2 as a stabilizer agent to replace high molecular weight chitosan in previous studies. [17,18,24] It was favorable due to COS with small Mw did not precipitate at alkaline pH. Thus, ZnO/COS and ZnO/COS-I2 composite nanomaterials were prepared in this work will be oriented to use as antimicrobial agrochemicals, and post-harvest preservation.

In this study, antimicrobial nanofibers were produced with the mixtures of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and cyclotide-rich fractions by electrospinning method. After extraction, the first separation was carried out with C18 flash chromatography and then fractioned into five separate parts by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The molecular weights of cyclotides in each fraction were determined by quadrupole time-of-flight liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (Q-TOF LC-MS).

The occurrence of a natural and unmodified highly sulfated chondroitin sulfate from Litopenaeus vannamei heads (sCS) is herein reported. Its partial digestion by Chondroitinases AC and ABC together with its electrophoretic migration profile revealed it as a highly sulfated chondroitin sulfate despite its average molecular weight being similar to CSA.

In this study, some enzymology parameters and some antibiotics affecting the enzyme activity of 6- phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD) extracted from t the livers of fish from Lake Van (Chalcalburnus tarichi) were investigated because it is an important enzyme-producing NADPH, a reductive power, protecting the cell against the oxidative agents by producing reduced glutathione. In the present study, digestion and fermentation (in vitro) of chickpea hull (CHPS) polysaccharides were analyzed, and CHPS effects were determined on gut microbes by using high-throughput sequencing technology. The results revealed that saliva, artificial gastric, and small intestinal juices had no effect on CHPS, but after fermentation of CHPS by human gut microbiota the molecular weight, reducing sugar and carbohydrate content decreased significantly.

Quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) analysis of 28 quinoline-arylamidine (CQArA) hybrids against two leukemia cells, K562 and Raji, was performed. Multiple linear regression (MLR) models were obtained by genetic algorithm. The best models involved the following descriptors: radial distribution function (RDF) descriptors, GETAWAY (GEometry, Topology, and Atom-Weights AssemblY) descriptor, bond information content index, and dipole moment. The best MLR models for K562 and Raji cells demonstrated satisfactory stability in internal and external validation.
