Realizing the importance of knowledge management (KM) in improving the supply chain; KM is identified as one of the sustainable factors to educational achievement. The purpose of this study was to explore the knowledge management among principals and teachers in high performance schools in Malaysia. Information was gathered from six teachers and four principals from four different schools in Northern Malaysia.

This quantitative research aims to analyze the effects of the principal's decision-making, organizational commitment and school climate on teacher performance in vocational high school. The research sample was 160 vocational school teachers in North Minahasa Regency with simple random sampling method. The data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire 25 with statements.

The current study investigated Student-Teacher Relationship Measure (STRM) psychometric properties using Rasch analysis in a sample of middle school female students (N = 995). Rasch Principal Components Analysis revealed psychometric support of two subscales (i.e., Academic and Social Relations). Summary statistics showed good psychometric properties.
