The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of university social responsibility (USR) on brand equity in the context of private universities in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The quantitative data set was collected from 167 students in private higher education institutions located in Ho Chi Minh city. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyse the measurement model and test proposed hypotheses in this study.

The study investigates the magnitude of service failures and students’ responses to problems in higher education context. The paper begins with literature reviews on service failures and customers’ responses in higher education sector. By using critical incident technique (CIT), the study identifies and classifies common service failures, which lead to student dissatisfaction. A comprehensive list of 29 types of service failures grouped into seven categories was developed for higher education service.

This paper identified their knowledge level of different ICTs in agriculture and allied sectors, their attitude towards different ICTs and their perceived effect of ICTs in agriculture and allied sectors. The study was conducted in the district of West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. A total of hundred samples were collected for the present study and was studied between March 2018 and May 2019. The results revealed that large percentage (81%) of the respondents have use mobile phones.

Handloom sector is a leading sphere in the country after agriculture in providing direct and indirect employment to more than 43 lakh weavers and allied workers. The present study was taken up to find out the socio economic status of handloom weavers. Purposive random sampling method was used to select the 120durrie weavers from Warangal urban. Income, educational qualification, and profession were taken into consideration to compute socioeconomic status. Findings revealed that gender ratio in the occupation was3:1.

This study tries to investigate the relationship between reward management and affective commitment in faculty in higher educational organizations. This follows a questionnaire survey of variables with a five- point likert and uses regression analysis, coefficient of variation, normality test, factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha for analytical tools. The result shows a positive relationship between reward management and affective commitment. Hence reward management has been seemed to be beneficial for affective commitment.
