Historical materialist methods

The research "Burials and human remains in Thai Nguyen after more than 30 years of discovery and research" results will contribute to a brief reconstruction the life of ancient people in Thai Nguyen, supplementing the teaching in high schools. On the other hand, it will contribute to the determination of the anthropological composition of residents in Northeast Vietnam in particular and that of Vietnam in general.

In this article, the authors base on the most general methodology of materialistic dialectics and historical materialism and some specific research methods such as analysis, synthesis, statistics, etc, the aim gives an overview of the role and current situation of human resources for socio-economic development, thereby providing a system of perspectives on requirements in building high quality human resources for sustainable development in our country at present.
