History of American Literature

The Longman Academic Reading Series is a five-level series that prepares English language learners for academic work. High-interest readings cover a variety of subjects, including art history, nutrition, American literature, and forensics. Each chapter of each book in the series focuses on an engaging theme from a wide range of academic subjects, such as art, health sciences, animal behavior, and government.
