Hồ Chí Minh city base enterprises

This research was carried out to analyze factors influencing the online purchase intention of customers in Ho Chi Minh City. Through the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, the author conducted a survey of 226 customers who intended to engage in online purchase in Ho Chi Minh City. As can be seen from the research results, there were 5 groups of factors influencing the customers' online purchase intention, namely: (1) Perceived usefulness; (2) Perceived ease of use; (3) Perceived risk; (4) Subjective norm; and (5) Price expectation.

The thesis's general research objective is to find out the relationship between it, lean management, and business performance of the enterprise. Based on the results of determining the relationships between these components, the study will provide corresponding governance implications to support the business's operation to improve business performance.

Using panel data along with the application of Pooled OLS, FEM, and REM estimates, this study conducts an investigation into the effects of a series of factors, namely state ownership, size, tangible assets, growth, return on assets (ROA), effective tax rate, and liquidity, on capital structure of 165 HCMC-based equitized state-owned enterprises (SOEs), categorized into three groups over the 2008–2012 period.

This aims to investigate factors influencing the effectiveness of the ISO 9000 quality management system of HCMC-based enterprises. There are 210 respondents who are workers and managers of HCMC based companies using ISO 9000.
