  • The study is done with quantitative research by a sample of 243 respondents who are from different countries staying in Ho Chi Minh City. The results show that rice ST25 is acknowledged, and consumers highly rate it, and its potential to be made into national gifts and to stand firm to represent the image of Vietnam from a tourism perspective. The conclusion and recommendations can be utilized to identify other handmade items for Vietnam’s sustainable tourism.

  • This study was conducted to analyze the factors of CRM affecting tourism enterprises’ performance. By combining qualitative and quantitative research, the authors have surveyed 450 tourism enterprises’ managers in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The result shows that there are 4 groups of CRM’s factors affecting tourism enterprises’ performance including: (i) CRM Technology; (ii) CRM Organization; (iii) CRM Processes; (iv) Customer Orientation. The results provides the dimensions for CRM, enhance performance of tourism enterprises in HCMC.

  • The relationship between perceived values; customer satisfaction and customer repurchase intention of organizations toward tour choice in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) was defined in this study. In addition, this study also identified the impacts of the five independent variables of tangibles, assurance, empathy, reliability and responsiveness and the intervening variables of perceived value and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. By conducting a survey of 2,073 foreign visitors in HCMC, this paper explored nine determinants and their effect levels on international tourists’ destination satisfaction.   • This research examines the impact of tourism and local residents support for development of tourism destination in the Cu Chi, Hochiminh City. The study conducts a survey by using a formal questionnaire with participation of 291 residents who are living in Cu Chi, five research hypotheses were proposed. The findings show that the economic impacts of tourism were most favorably behavioral control and socio-cultural factor.
