Horse radish

The present work was undertaken to obtain crude Peroxidase extract from radish to characterize it in terms of pH, temperature, number of times use and decolrization of some dyes. The results shows that peroxidase from radish gave highest specific activity 4391 U/mg, and potassium phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 7) was best extraction buffer for peroxidase extraction from radish with specific activity 4489 U/mg, while The highest specific activity was measured for crude extract at 1:2 ratio, it was 4479 U/mg protein.

Đề tài nghiên cứu tạo chế phẩm Horse Radish Peroxydase-progesterone (HRP) sử dụng cho phản ứng ELISA để định lượng hàm lượng progesterone (P4). Kết quả sau 2 lần gắn đã thu được 2,05 ml phức hợp HRP-P4 đậm đặc (HRP-P4 tự gắn). Sau khi xác định đuợc đuờng cong chuẩn, đề tài đã xác định đuợc tỷ lệ pha loãng thích hợp đối với HRP-P4 tự gắn sử dụng cho phản ứng ELISA là 1/500000.

The interaction of an extrinsic probe (Nile red) with an enzyme (horse-radish peroxidase) in solution was investigated using fluorescence tech-niques. Nile red fluorescence is very environmentally sensitive and the presence of domains of differing polarity within the enzyme was ascer-tained by the decomposition of the Nile red emission spectrum.
