This study is to determine the influence of Growth Need Strength [GNS] between overall life satisfaction and job satisfaction among SRN’s. Data were collected through survey using questionnaire. This study employed stratified random sampling involving a total of 390 nurses at selected general hospitals. The finding of the study contributes in the specific area of literature, theory and also in research design.

This study was conducted in the several districts of TI project implemented areas where 102 respondents as a sample size and 12 were the Female Who Injects Drugs (FWID): Kathmandu, Lalitpur Kaski, Tanahu, Chitwan, Kailali, Sarlahi and Jhapa respectively. For the study 10-15 participants enrolled from each districts. The major findings of the study are based upon the Drug User’s perspectives includes: PWIDs were unable to receive services from the Dropping in Centers (DIC) due to the extreme police harassment in the Kaski district.

The aim of the study was to review and evaluate the current use of videoconference education for nurses in KwaZulu-Natal. Methodology: A review the literature on VC education in nursing using bibliometric review strategies was conducted and two nurses’ education courses conducted via videoconferencing was evaluated against a set of criteria developed and validated by the Department of TeleHealth at the University. Results: 81 publications addressing videoconference nurse education were found, most being published after 2000.
