This study investigates the impact of the capabilities of supply chain management on the performance of the food industry in Thailand. Data were collected from the mangers of the supply chain of the firm that are listed in the Department of Industrial Work Thailand by distributing the survey through the mail. PLS-SEM has been used to test the links between the variables under study. The results of the multiple regressions revealed that effective SCM capabilities could increase the performance of the firm.

Organizations are embracing the “go green” concept. This study try to examine the effect of human resource practices (job design, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal and employee participation and communication) on employee performance in the Libyan oil and gas sector. Using the cross-sectional research approach, data were collected from a sample of 100 employees of Waha Oil Company (WOC). Multiple regression analysis technique will be used to test the study’s hypotheses. The results provided support for two out of the five hypotheses.

This study has adopted the concept of bricolage to explain innovation performance among manufacturing SMEs in Malaysia that operate under resource-constrained environment. By adopting quantitative approach, this study has collected 217 sets of data from the Federation of Malaysian Manufactures (FMM) Directory for 2016. The response rate of the survey is at 43.4% and the data is analysed through PLS-SEM. After the establishment of construct’s validity and reliability, the study has confirmed a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and innovation performance.

Human resource and Technology are the important assets of the organization. For this reason, the purpose of the present study was to examine the impact of advanced Manufacturing technology, human capital and employee empowerment on supply chain performance, furthermore, the mediating role of organizational innovation is examined as well. The data is collected from the employees of manufacturing firms in Indonesia in the form of questionnaire. The response rate of the current study is 63.4 percent.

This research aims to map the internal and external condition of SMEs in supply chain performance of tourism sector and determines the effective strategy to increase the human resource performance for each region. This research was conducted in East Java that has the most SMEs in Indonesia. Sampling was done in two stages, namely (1) selecting districts and (2) selecting MSMEs. The results of the sampling process were taken by 20 MSMEs in each district selected as a sample. SWOT was used as an analysis tool in this study.

The logistics and supply chain is an emerging business in the world. As the "network" business process, the supply chain business depends on the critical success factor that is human resources. This research is conducted using the Rasch Model Approach to examine the supply chain employees in the telecommunication industry in Indonesia. Because of that, a cooperation between the available human resources in the policy implementation is vital to improve the sector’s contribution towards the national economy, where ports are placed as an accelerator of physical and economical development. Port reservice is a requirement to improve the inconducive and unprofessional Indonesian ports that contribute on ineffective and inefficient service performance.
