In this work, magnetic framework composite MgFe2O4@UiO-66(Zr)-NH2 was effectively fabricated via hydrothermal approach. The obtained samples were characterized by fieldemission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and N2 adsorption– desorption.

A new monomer was prepared from (1R,3S)-(+) -camphoric acid. Novel polyimide and polyimide–clay hybrid composites were developed from one-pot condensation reactions of this monomer and pyromellitic dianhyride. Polyimidemontmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared from solution of polyimide and with different weight percentages (1, 5, 10 wt %) of organo-modified montmorillonite (OM-MMT) using N -methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as aprotic solvent. The reactive organoclay was formed by using hexadecylpyridinium chloride as a swelling agent for silicate layers of montmorillonite.

The reflux method was utilized for the synthesis of 5% Sn-doped TiO2 nanopowder. Surfaces of the TiO2 particles were modified with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (glymo) and glass surfaces were coated with this solution by a spin-coating process. Molar ratios of TiO2:glymo were 0.25, 0.5, 2.5, and 7.5 in the films. Nanocomposite films were cured at 130 ◦ C. Adhesions of the obtained films were classified as 5B and pencil hardness increased with the increase in the ratio of the TiO2 in the films. Film thickness decreased from 5 µm to 0.3 µm when TiO2:glymo was increased from 0.25 to 7.5.

In this study, we have fabricated and investigated the resistive switching behavior of an RRAM device using the nanocomposite of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and graphene oxide (GO) as the switching layer in a hybrid Ag/PVAeGO/FTO structure. In this study nanocomposite materials thin films based on poly [2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (MEH-PPV) and nanocrystalline TiO2 (nc-TiO2) have been fabricated. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of pure MEH-PPV and nanohybrid films have shown that the excitation at a 377 nm wavelength leads to the strongly enhanced performance in photoluminescent intensity due to the compositions of TiO2 component.
