In this study, γ-MnOOH nanorods synthesized by polysaccharide- assisted hydrothermal method as an efficient electrocatalyst for urea oxidation. The γMnOOH structure and morphology are confirmed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

In this study, the effect of hydrothermal temperature of glass cullet (GC) and Ca(OH)2 was study. The batch-mixed sample with the Ca/Si 1.0 were hydrothermal reacted at different temperature such as 100, 150 and 180oC for 48 hour to find the suitable temperture to form the xonotlite.

In this research, in an attempt to make use of the kaolin resources in Vietnam, we present a synthetic process of zeolite A via hydrothermal from kaolinite, together with the modification process of zeolite A using different metallic cations. The characteristics of the prepared zeolite LTAs such as chemical composition and crystalline structure, as well as their catalytic activity in the methanation reaction of carbon dioxide (CO2) to methane (CH4) were extensively investigated.

In this work, gold nanorods (AuNRs) with well-controlled aspect ratios were prepared using a modified seedgrowth method and covered by TiO2 layers through the hydrothermal reaction to improve stability. Integrating TiO2 with plasmonic rod-like gold nanoparticles could enhance their photo activity by the local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect. AuNRs aspect ratios were controlled by varying the amount of seed solution, reducing agents, surfactant (CTAB), and titanium (IV) but oxide.
