Impact of watering frequencies

In this work, the degradation of Basic Red 29 (BR29), an azo dye, was investigated using a high-frequency ultrasonic reactor (300 kHz). The influence of several parameters such as initial substrate concentration (5–200 mg L−1 ), pH (3–10.1), ultrasonic power (20–80 W), and nature of the dissolved gas (Ar, air, and N2) on the degradation of BR29 was assessed. Additionally, the impact of natural matrices (seawater and natural and river waters) on the degradation rate of BR29 was clarified.

This paper investigates the impacts of InterChannel Interference (ICI) effects on a shallow underwater acoustic (UWA) orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) communication system. Considering both the turbulence of the water surface and the roughness of the bottom, a stochastic geometry-based channel model utilized for a wideband transmission scenario has been exploited to derive a simulation model. Since the system bandwidth and the subcarrier spacing is very limited in the range of a few kHz, the channel capacity of a UWA system is severely suffered by the ICI effect.

The study was carried out at university Research Farm, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, under light textured soils. The treatments consisted of three irrigation levels viz., I1: drip irrigation at 100% Potential Evapo transpiration (PE), I2: drip irrigation at 75% PE and I3: surface irrigation, and three nutrient levels viz., F1: Farm Yard Manure (FYM) 25 t ha-1 + 50% recommended dose of fertilizers (RDF), F2: FYM 25t ha-1 + 100% RDF and F3:100% RDF. Cumulative irrigation water was calculated and applied as per the treatment schedule.

The importance of a sanitary survey of water sources cannot be overemphasized. With a new supply, the sani tary survey should be made in conjunction with the collection of initial engineering data, covering the development of a given source and its capacity to meet existing and future needs. The sanitary survey should include the detection of all health hazards and the assessment of their present and future importance. Persons trained and competent in public health engineering and the epidemiology of waterborne diseases should conduct the sanitary survey.

Congress regulated hazardous waste from inception to disposal under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and EPA has developed a list of regulated substances [15]. However, RCRA does not regulate hazardous wastes involved in oil and gas extraction and production under RCRA Subtitle C. These materials are subject to state regulation under the less stringent RCRA Subtitle D solid waste regulations as well as other federal regulations, although states are also free to adopt more demanding provisions.

In this section we look at data concerning 10-year government bond yields. Although our main interest is the default risk, this presents only one channel through which fiscal policies can affect long-term yields. There are other channels operating through monetary-fiscal interaction, which should be reflected in the evolution of yields. Therefore we start our descriptive analysis in this section by looking at yields, forward rates and inflation expectations at a weekly frequency. Then we move to an analysis of interest rate swap spreads, at a weekly and daily frequency.
