Along with the development of science and technology and the application of the achievements of the 4th Industrial Revolution, many countries around the world have succeeded in building a smart city model that contributes to improving the quality of life, improving the service quality of the city government, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing the effective management of natural resources. This article aims to propose technological solutions in smart city management and development associated with digital transformation.

We believe that these results will support policymakers and researchers with a basis for enhancing the effectiveness of urban transportation planning, management, and operation.

This paper presents the results of water quality assessment of clam farming areas for 3 monitoring points in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. From the results of the assessment, this study suggests management measures, including improving water quality index used to zoning water quality, thus better managing clam areas; and technical measure which improves farming techniques to protect the aquatic environment of farmers.

Therefore, an accurate estimate of the unsaturated groundwater flow is vital in improving hazard management and assessment. This research used stratified sampling method to approach the respondents and applied SEM-PLS software to analyze the collected data. It found that these strategies have positive impact on the performance of the company through surveying 110 respondents at the headquarters of Viettel. Based on the research results, several recommendations and conclusions have been drawn to help Viettel improve the performance of the company.
