  • In the present study, we investigated the expression profile of tDRs in plasma of CRC patients. The results showed that the level of 5′-tRF-GlyGCC is higher in CRC patients than in healthy controls (HCs) and highlighted that 5′- tRF-GlyGCC is a promising diagnostic biomarker for CRC patients. Its expression is positively correlated with ALKBH3 both in vitro and in vivo, respectively.
