Incubation method

The research aims to examine the factors affecting the success of the private economy’s startup ecosystem. The article combines qualitative and quantitative research methods with 346 survey samples indicating various factors and explaining the success of the private economy’s startup ecosystem. The results also depict that success on the startup ecosystem has a positive impact from high to low level on 5 factors consisting of risk-taking culture; technological and industrial conditions; abundant capital, incubators and startup companies; and government support.

The paper samples were extracted with ethanol/water (1 : 1, v/v) mixture at 70°C for 2 h by using an incubator shaker. The extracts were passed through 0.2 μm filters before LC-MS/MS analysis. The method detection limit and method quantification limit of both PFOA and PFOS were 0.1 and 0.3 ng/g, respectively.

This study explored the comparison of the thermal insulation effect of incubator to infusion thermometer in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: We assigned 75 patients enrolled in the study randomly to three groups: Group A: Used warming blanket; group B: Used warming blanket and infusion thermometer; group C: Used warming blanket and incubator. The nasopharyngeal temperature at different time points during the operation served as the primary outcome.

The influence of different parameters on IAA production of these strains was evaluated by the “one factor at a time” method and the obtained results showed that the best conditions for IAA production of DTAN1-M5 were a medium with the following compositions: 1 % peptone, 0.5 % sucrose, 0.6 % yeast extract, 0.5 % NaCl, pH 7.1, supplemented with 0.2 mg/mL L-tryptophan, which was incubated in a shaker at 150 rpm and 30 oC for 84 hours. The maximum amount of IAA was 84.13 µg/mL.

In the conventional broth microdilution assay, the optical density (OD) of drug dilutions, inoculated with microorganisms after sufficient incubation is taken into consideration, which correlates with the most metabolically active cells in the mid log phase of growth. The particles present in the liposomes and other particulate solutions interfere with the OD measurement and produce an erratic result. Resazurin method is more reliable and realistic as it depends on metabolic activity of cells rather than OD of particulate matter present in the samples.

Early blight of potato caused by Alternaria alternata is one of the major diseases causing considerable yield loss. Efficacy of bio-agents was studied and revealed the all four Trichoderma species significantly reduced the mycelial growth of the pathogen over the control by dual culture method. The experiment was conducted to assess Microbial biomass carbon and Nitrogen on 84 days organic and conventional incubated soils in Nadia district of West Bengal. Soil microbial biomass carbon & nitrogen is determined by Chloroform Fumigation Extraction method (FE) followed by Kjeldal Digestion method. A non-diffusable yellow pigmented isolate (Y_01) was isolated from a week-long enrichment of fecal sample of Indian rock python in cholesterol minimal medium. Basic biochemical characterization followed by 16S ribosomal DNA sequencing and Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization method led to identification of the isolate as Micrococcus luteus. Nutrient broth (pH 7.4) supplemented with 2.5% NaCl was used as the growth medium with incubating conditions of 37˚C for 24 hours as ideal scenario.

In this study, eleven soil samples were collected from Terai zone of West Bengal. The Azotobacter were isolated by serial dilution method from each sample in specific Azotobacter agar (Mannitol) and incubated at 28±2 °C for 48 hour than kept in refrigerator. Spermatogonial Stem Cells (SSCs) are unipotent adult stem cells, defined as the undifferentiated stem cells located along the basement membrane of the seminiferous tubules. This present study is aimed to carry out the culture and characterization of SSCs in pre-pubertal age group of mice. Isolation of SSCs was done by two-step enzymatic digestion method and was seeded in a six-well plate. In primary culture (P0), colony forming unit was observed on day four post incubation.
