Initial position estimation

We consider a network localization problem in which a network of multiple nodes needs to estimate their positions based on measured bearing vectors and exchanging several variables. We propose a fixed-time bearing-based estimation law, which guarantees convergence of position estimates in a finite-time independently on the initial estimations. Simulation results are also provided to support the theoretical results.

Twenty Five lignolytic fungi were isolated from decaying wood samples and were screened for the laccase production using guaiacol and ABTS as indicator compounds. The positive isolates were confirmed for the presence of laccase using Azure B and quantitative enzyme assay in presence of catalase using ABTS as substrate. Further laccase producing capacity of fungus was estimated in seven different media where Czapex Dox medium showed highest enzymatic activity of 17.2 U/ml.

Much attention has been paid to Taylor series expansion (TSE) method these years, which has been extensively used for solving nonlinear equations for its good robustness and accuracy of positioning. A Taylor-series expansion location algorithm based on the RBF neural network (RBF-TSE) is proposed before to the performance of TSE highly depends on the initial estimation.

Rice as a cereal grain is the most widely consumed staple food for a large part of world’s human population, especially in Asia. Estimation correlation among different characters was undertaken by taking into consideration 8 CMS line and their maintainer lines. At genotypic level, grain yield per plant showed highly significant and positive correlation with date of panicle initiation, 50% panicle emergence, 100% panicle emergence, panicle per plant, no. of tillers and days of maturity and negatively correlated with pollen sterility.

This method can realize the initial position estimate of SRM under standstill and inertia status ,it is quite easy to implement, the proposed method not only reduces the initial position estimation error due to improve the reliability of motor starting, and realize motor running of no inversion. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

To successfully complete the whole project, initially we need to choose the proper solar panel with appropriate power rating and weight. Because, these things are directly related to the efficiency of the car. So, we did an experiment which involved the load management of the car while driving along with the V-I rating. Here, we chose a random car and put different bars with different weights on different position (i.e. front hood, roof top/ seat, back hood) of that car.
