This study sought to investigate the prognostic value of basement membrane (BM)-associated gene expressions in oral cancer. Methods We harvested and integrated data on BM-associated genes (BMGs), the oral cancer transcriptome, and clinical information from public repositories. After identifying differentially expressed BMGs, we used Cox and Lasso regression analyses to create a BMG-based risk score for overall survival at various intervals.

Our study aims to explore the relationship, shared gene signature, and the underlying mechanisms that connect rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to colorectal cancer (CRC). RA might be associated with a slight increased risk of CRC. MYO9A is a shared gene signature and a potential immune-related therapeutic target for both CRC and RA.

The prime objective of the current study is to the link between Supply chain capability and interorganizational compatibility. In addition to that, the mediating role of the inter-organizational information systems (IOIS) integration in the relationship between the Supply chain capability and inter-organizational compatibility is examined. Using surveys-based methodology the data is collected with the aid of a questionnaire adopted from the previous studies. The SEM-PLS is used to analyses the data. Overall the findings of the study have provided support with the hypothesized results.

Although large-scale, next-generation sequencing (NGS) studies of cancers hold promise for enabling precision oncology, challenges remain in integrating NGS with clinically validated biomarkers. To overcome such challenges, we utilized the Database of Evidence for Precision Oncology (DEPO) to link druggability to genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic biomarkers.

The purpose of this study is to critically analyse the impact of demographic characteristics and the way investors choose risk (tolerance) toward financial performance as exemplary for the integrity of enterprise supply chain management upgrading strategies. The demographic characteristics of Micro Small Medium Enterprise supply chain managements (MSME) are assessed, which consist of the type of business, gender, age of owner, age of business, education, and experience. Risk tolerance is measured by assessing the choices of risk averters, risk neutrals, and risk seekers.

Onco-proteogenomics aims to understand how changes in a cancer’s genome influences its proteome. One challenge in integrating these molecular data is the identification of aberrant protein products from massspectrometry (MS) datasets, as traditional proteomic analyses only identify proteins from a reference sequence database.
