The article analyzes significant changes that have taken place in the development of the rural sector of Ukraine by sustainable supply chain development, which includes two components: agrarian (agriculture and technologically related industries) and rural areas (spatial base of production and resettlement of the population) of the second half of the last century. In this regard this study was conducted to identify the antecedents and outcomes of the green supply chain management. Study identified green knowledge management capability and internal environment management as antecedents and environmental performance as an outcome. 166 procurement managers working in the electronics industry in Thailand gave responses in the study. The results pointed out that green knowledge management capability internal environment management are positively and considerably related with green supply chain management practices.

The real estate is a fast-growth and dynamic industry. Firms that operate in this field need capital. The purpose of this research is to reinforce the capital structure of firms listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The analysis revealed that profitability, growth and leverage are negatively related to capital structure. The conclusion is that firms have to reinforce their capital structure, to control profitability and operation.

This study explores the practices of supply chain and evaluation practices of supplier concerning the firm performance of automotive industry of Thailand. Data were collected from the managers of the supply chain and the production managers through a questionnaire. PLS-SEM is used to explore the association among the understudy variables. The results revealed that effective practices of the supply chain could increase the performance of the industry in the country.

The main objectives of the current study are to explore the nexus between green capability, product return, value chain costing, and the adoption of closed loop supply chain in the automobile industry of Indonesia. The role of product returns as a partial mediator in the CLSC adoption and recovery capability relationship indicates the absence of any direct relation among the two, thereby showing the significant role of manufacturer for encouraging towards product returns. Firms may be reluctant to invest in redeploying resources in the absence of adequate returns.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of total quality management practices on corporate social responsibility in Malaysian hotels using the supply chain management model, namely, the supply chain operations reference model (SCOR). While considering the Malaysian hospitality industry, the database was developed. For a sample of 250 Malaysian hotels, with 3-5 stars, the database comprised of representative parameters related to CSR and TQM.

An observational study, paired with a comprehensive analysis of literature, is conducted to explore the gamut of the transportation networks in Melaka and its relation and contribution to the tourism industry. Findings show that Melaka’s tourism industry is dependent on transportation networks. Public transportations are found to be inadequate. Issues such as seasonal congestion and public transportation inadequacy need to be addressed immediately to ensure that smooth flow and dispersal of traffic, entering and exiting Melaka.
