Summary of Doctoral thesis: Complete compliance management for exported and imported enterprises of Vietnam customs in the context of international economic integration

Based on general view, this thesis aims to analyse and evaluate current situations and practical experiences of compliance management of goods import and export enterprises of Vietnam Customs and World Customs, then point out the issues needed to build theoretical framework, assess real situation of compliance management on import and export laws and give recommendations on directions and possible solutions on complete compliance management for import and export enterprises of Vietnam Customs in the context of international economic integration.

Summary of Doctoral thesis of Economics: State management of human resource development in military-serving garment enterprises in the context of international economic integration

The thesis contributes to studying solutions to renovate the state management on HRD in MSGE, thereby, implementing the Vietnam Human Resources Development Strategy in the period of 2011-2020. It provides scientific arguments for management agencies to plan, build, reform and implement the policies, laws on human resource development in businesses generally and in economic military companies, MSGE particularly in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state management on HRD in businesses.

Abstract of doctoral thesis on law studies: Law on employers' right to labour management in Vietnam

Objectives of this thesis are to perform a comprehensive, in-depth and systematic study on some theoretical issues on employers' right to labor management. Based on studied theoretical basis, the thesis focuses on analyzing actual state of current law on employers' right to labor management. By evaluation of inadequate points in current laws, the thesis proposes amendments and supplementations of some provisions on employers' right to labor management in Vietnam appropriate to labor market development in the context of regional and international integration.
