Interpretive structural modelling

Mục đích của bài viết này là phân tích một số cơ hội từ cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư (CMCN 4.0) cho phát triển bền vững. Cơ sở lý thuyết được phân tích và tổng hợp từ những nghiên cứu trước. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu dựa vào kết quả khảo sát từ 15 chuyên gia, mô hình cấu trúc giả thích (Interpretive Structural Modeling – ISM) và ma trận MICMAC được sử dụng làm công cụ phân tích.

The substrate specificity of the nuclear inclusion protein a (NIa) proteolytic enzymes from two potyviruses, the tobacco etch virus (TEV) and tobacco vein mottling virus (TVMV), was compared using oligopeptide substrates. Mutations were introduced into TEV protease in an effort to identify key determinants of substrate specificity.
