Investigating nonlinear vibrations

In this work we investigated the nonlinear vibration of nanocomposite multilayer perovskite solar cell (NMPSC) subjected to the combination of mechanical and thermal loadings. The model of organic solar cell is assumed to consist seven functional layers: Au, SpiroOMeTAD, PEDOT:PSS, Graphene oxide, MAPbI3, TiO2 and IOT, and glass substrate.

Squeezing properties of the Hillery-type N-powered amplitude are investigated in the linear and nonlinear fan-state. For a given k, squeezing may appear to the even power N = 2k and the number of directions along which the Nth-powered amplitude is squeezed is exactly equal to N, in both linear (the light field) and nonlinear (the vibrational motion of the trapped ion) fan-states.

In this paper a method for dynamical balancing of rotating machines as nonlinear system is proposed. After analysing and identifying the nonlifiear system, procedure of dynamical balance including measurement and processing of vibration signals, for calculating magnitude and location of imbalance mass is presented. An example or simulation and calculation is investigated for illustration of the method.

The nonlinear vibration of a pendulum whose support undergoes arbitrary rectilinear harmonic motion is studied. The main attention is paid to the resonant cases and the stationary vibrations. The resonant conditions are explained. The amplitude - frequency curves are plotted for various values of parameters and the stability of vibration is investigated. The rotating motion of the pendulum and its stability are also considered.

The paper presents an extended averaged equation approach to the investigation of nonlinear vibration problems. The proposed method is applied to some free/selfexcited oscillators, nonlinear free and forced oscillations of a suspension system with two-degree-of-freedom. The results in analyzing the vibration systems with different nonlinearity show the efficiency and advantages of the method.

In this study, the nonlinear dynamic responses are obtained by fourth order Runge-Kutta method and the nonlinear dynamic buckling behavior of stiffened functionally graded shells under linear-time loading is determined by according to Budiansky-Roth criterion. Numerical results are investigated to reveal effects of stiffener, input factors on the vibration and nonlinear dynamic buckling loads of stiffened functionally graded circular cylindrical shells.

In this short communication the main ideas of the method of equivalent linearization and dual conception are further extended to suggest a new technique for solving nonlinear differential equations. This technique allows improving the accuracy when the nonlinearity is strong and getting nonlinear features of responses. For illustration the Duffing oscillator is considered to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
