More important findings to be reported is that the spillover effects of FDI appear to be quickly assimilated by workers in the Malaysian manufacturing industries through the "learning effect" as opposed to “technology effect” and that the fast pace is biased towards higher labour productivity. Findings from this study can help the FDI attraction policy to be carried out not only to increase Malaysian labour productivity, but most importantly to ensure the function of FDI transfer of knowledge to labour takes place, which must be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This paper aims to identify appropriate strategies which drive and enhance implementation of EI in the contractor firms. A literature review is carried out using content analysis to determine the EI strategies that crucial to improve the conservative construction practices toward green. The study unveils five EI strategies which are human resources development, technology advancement, collaboration and networking, knowledge empowerment and management proactiveness. This study explores the driving factors for farmers in sustainable paddy farming in Malaysia. The research is exploratory in nature, using interview and observation approaches. Three sustainability factors are focused in this study; namely the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The results indicate that early exposure and knowledge, education and experience in sustainable agriculture are the driving force behind shifting attitudes towards sustainable agriculture and sustaining practices.

In other words, the indirect effect had shown that entrepreneurial motivation also significantly mediating in the relationship of family environment and entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, the entrepreneurial supply chain management competencies also positively and significantly moderated on the family support and entrepreneurial motivation. These findings could add a body of knowledge that could provide help to increase the future research. The research limitations were also discussed at the study end.

Towards a future class model in Vietnam, this survey analyses the staff perception of the application of the flipped classroom (FC) model in teaching accounting and finance courses at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU – public university) and Hoa Sen University (HSU – private university). The outcome shows that regardless of their different levels of teaching experience in both universities, there is limited experience and knowledge in FC, thus a need for more training throughout the course.

The results showed, small medium enterprise (SME) industry participants already understand about the halal supply chain and halal certification but there are still many businesses have not registered and halal certified.
