Kokilaksha seed gums

The present study was undertaken to investigate the efficiency of natural printed fabric on UV protection. Arecanut slurry was powdered; sodium alginate and kokilaksha seed gums were used for the printing process. Optimization of printing recipe was done using 3 different ratios of dye sources with 0.5% combination of sodium alginate and kokilaksha seed gums.
