The thesis aims to clarify the legal basis and practical basis for implementing the laws on environmental protection in the activities of economic zones; thereby propose solutions to improve the legal regulations and improve the efficiency of the implementation of legal regulations on environmental protection in the operation of economic zones in Vietnam.
