The main objective of this article is to propose refinements to the land policy and legal framework concerning the repurposing of protective and special-use forest land. A study collected input from 50 managers in two provinces(Quang Ninh and Lao Cai) to assess the appropriateness and direction of amendments to the land policy and laws on this matter.

In this paper, free vibration of bidirectional functionally graded sandwich (BFGSW) beams is studied by using a finite element formulation. The beams made from three distinct materials are composed of three layers, a homogeneous core and two bidirectional FGM face layers with material properties varying in both the thickness and longitudinal directions by power gradation laws.

In civil engineering, distinct mechanical properties and behaviors of structural steel rods necessitate a novel approach to material modeling. This study extends the application of recently proposed strain-hardening laws, originally developed for automotive sheet metals, to several structural steel rods (CB240-T and CB300-T). Standard uniaxial tensile tests are conducted for each examined material to obtain experimental stress strain data.

We numerically study the effects of the size polydispersity and the friction coefficient on the compressive strength of wet granules under a diametrical compression test by using discrete element simulations. The numerical method is coupled with the capillary cohesion law which is enhanced by the cohesive forces between grains in the pendular regime.

The research objects are the Law on Enterprise Income Tax, the Law on Value-Added Tax, decrees and circulars guiding these laws. The methods used in this study are: Desk Research and Theoretical Research. Results of this study show that the legal framework of tax incentives for startups is incomplete. Besides, results of this study also show that the legal framework of tax incentives for startups still faces many limitations and problems, which requires the need to complete the law.

This thesis comprises eight chapters. Chapter 1 provides the standard introduction found in most theses and evident in the foregoing. Then a secondary study in Chapter 2 serves to discuss the background to licensing advisers in Australia, Chapter 3 will develop the conceptualised theoretical framework for examining the legitimacy of the current AFSL-AR licensing model.
