The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of integrated information literacy in first-grade science curriculum on students‟ science learning. In this quasi-experimental study, two first-grade classrooms from a public elementary school were randomly assigned into the experimental group and control group. The former accepted an inquiry-based science curriculum infused information literacy using the Super3 model, while the latter accepted the traditional lecture-oriented instruction.

Reflecting on the experience of teaching two fully online papers in Chinese at the Bachelor of Arts (Chinese) program at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) (delivered for a total of ten times since 2008), the object of this paper is to examine the problems along the way, and to address issues which arise. Recent wide acceptance of e-Portfolios has occurred because researchers believe it helps promote students’ learning in higher education. This study uses goal orientation theory to investigate the relationship between goal orientations, metacognitive strategies, and enjoyment when students use ePortfolio. This paper contributes to research by goal orientation, metacognitive strategies and enjoyment to explain student learning behavior when using ePortfolio to providing further evidence. A sample of 219 university students took part in this research to verify the proposed model.

Conventional classroom instruction had already been transformed in to electronic mode of teaching and learning. Use of mobile technology is evolving in global and local context, as in Pakistan.
