This paper suggests the balanced approach of the new two-sided group chain sampling plan (NTSGCh) which operates with four acceptance criteria. The lifetime distribution of Log-logistic is used in this study, and the method of time truncated life test simulation is conducted. The findings proved that the NTSGCh performed better than the NTSCoGCh. Therefore, the NTSGCh is a worthy option for implementation in lot inspection in the manufacturing industry.

As an example, to assess the economic performance of a heat pump installation in the Chelyabinsk region 6 variants of heat supply systems are considered, taking into account the climatic characteristics of the region for four types of individual houses.

The research data spread over a period of 41 years (1974 to 2015) were utilized to study the heritability, genetic and phenotypic correlation of life time performance traits. The mixed model analysing using LSML were used for estimation of variance components considering sire as a random effect, season and period of birth and age at first calving groups as fixed effects. Period of birth was highly significant on LTMY3, LTMY4, ALTMY, HL and PL whereas non-significant on BE. Season of birth did not influence any of the trait considered in the study.

Diabetic foot is one of the most feared complications of diabetes and is the leading cause of hospitalization in diabetic patients. Diabetic patients have a lifetime risk as high as 25% for developing into foot ulceration. The reasons for the increased incidence of diabetic ulcer involve the interaction of several pathogenic factors like neuropathy, abnormal foot biomechanics and peripheral arterial disease. The study was performed to determine the microbial etiology (aerobic and anaerobic) of diabetic foot ulcer and their susceptibility pattern in a tertiary care hospital.

This paper deals with the Safety Analysis for CANDU® 6 nuclear reactors as affected by main Heat Transport System (HTS) aging. Operational and aging related changes of the HTS throughout its lifetime may lead to restrictions in certain safety system settings and hence some restriction in performance under certain conditions. A step in confirming safe reactor operation is the tracking of relevant data and their corresponding interpretation by the use of appropriate thermal-hydraulic analytic models.

In the study of nuclear structure, the fast timing technique can be used to measure the lifetime of excited states. In the paper, we have developed a new fast timing system, which is made up of two LaBr3:Ce detectors and a set of waveform sampling system. The sampling system based on domino ring sampler version 4 chip (DRS4) can digitize and store the waveform information of detector signal, with a smaller volume and higher timing accuracy, and the waveform data are performed by means of digital waveform analysis methods.

In this paper we propose three routing schemes based on the well-known Gossiping protocol. The proposed algorithms are evaluated in terms of different parameters by simulation tools. The achieved results of simulations show performance improvement of network operation in terms of network lifetime, delay and packet loss compared to Gossiping and FELGossiping algorithms.

After drilling the well, the operator may perform interim reclamation—the practice of reclaiming surfaces that were disturbed to prepare a well for drilling but that are no longer needed. For example, operators may need a 10-acre drill pad to safely drill a series of wells.
