A strategy to identify congestions of transmission networks in N-1 contingency: Khanh Hoa case study
The paper implements a model based on these two factors to quickly identify congestions in post-contingency relating to losing a generator considered as a sudden change of a large amount of renewable energy or opening of a transmission line.
