This article studies the influence of macro factors on bankruptcy risk of real estate businesses listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange. By using the Logistic regression model with 53 real estate businesses listed on the Vietnam stock exchange in the period 2012 - 2022, it shows that high GDP growth of the economy reduces the risk of bankruptcy of real estate businesses. Meanwhile, the higher the interest rate, the greater the risk of bankruptcy that real estate businesses face.

The study’s main focus is on the factors affecting the financial capacity of logistics service companies. The study is based on a survey of 80 financial professionals and managers from educational institutions and businesses in the industry. n this work, the main aim is to map the potential zones of groundwater in Central Highlands (Vietnam) using a novel ensemble machine learning model, namely CG-LMT, which is a combination of two advanced techniques, namely Cascade Generalization (CG) and Logistics Model Trees (LMT). The fermentation of cocoa beans is an important part of cocoa processing. Fermentation of cocoa beans increases the quality and price of the beans and the resultant cocoa. Although the fermentation of cocoa beans can increase the quality and income of cocoa farming, few farmers in Indonesia implement this fermentation process. This research therefore, focuses on the way Indonesian farmers assess whether or not to ferment their cocoa beans. A total of 284 cocoa farmers were sampled in Central Sulawesi Indonesia.

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is the sum of income for all goods and services acquired in a given time period. This study develops a model of GDP data for the state of Johor between 2005-2016 using the Logistic Growth model. Long-term GDP equilibrium values are predicted using non-linear equations and tested with different parameters. Forecasts of GDP in the near future are also presented using the appropriate parameters.
