This research involved the leaders of admin level in manufacturing industry Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 165 respondents. The result indicated that Intellectual Stimulation was the highest level for employees in the manufacturing industry. However, Individual Consideration was the most significant correlation to organization innovation in the manufacturing industry.

The study presents an integrative framework of brand love co-creation with theoretical underpinnings in joint with digital customer experiential creation of brand love. Organizations are embracing the “go green” concept. It is being implemented in the internal and external organizational boundaries with the primary aim to establish a superior environmental and financial performance. Bearing in mind the importance of the topic current study examined how the GRHM do contributes towards the GSCM. An empirical study was conducted to examine the aforementioned relationship and for this purpose data were collected from 200 managers of hotels in Phuket Thailand. This research aims at analyzing the influence of innovation on the performance of organizations with reference to healthcare industry. The influence on organizational performance by SC efficiency, supplier cooperation, innovation, and quality management practices (QM) has been shown by the research model. The structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis and proposed research model. The data was collected from about 243 hospitals. It has been supported by the results that there is positive association between SC innovation constructs and organizational performance.

Resource based view suggested that there are three important strategic competences sustainable development, product stewardship and pollution prevention.
