  • This study aimed to examine the joint effect of auditor’s auditing and training on reducing financial statements’ manipulation Iraqi companies listed in stock exchange. Specifically, this study focuses on the impact of internal training and auditing of internal audit staff on reduction of the rate of manipulation in earnings management practices as depicted by the discretionary accruals. The financial statements for 69 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange were analyzed in this study in order to achieve these objectives for the period of 2012-2015.

  • Employing an interpretive research design with post-positivist paradigm, it was conducted in Kebon Agung Sugar Factory, Malang. The research informants were selected using snowballing technique. The informants include farmers and chairmen of farmers groups, plantation staff, company employees, and government agencies. To maintain the continuity and loyalty of sugarcane farmers to the company, the sugar factories provide various facilities, such as credit, inputs, guidance and counseling as well as technological assistance, and market guarantees for the products produced.

  • The results indicate students’ satisfaction on educational service in Faculty of Foreign Languages is at an acceptable level generally. This paper indicates four factors have pleased students in the program, including Curriculum, Lecturers’ profession, Class Facilities and Course Exam and Evaluation. Meanwhile, other factors of Library, Textbook, Training information and Management staff do not meet students’ expectation. This result shows new requirements of students in new joint education program training in Vietnam.
