Manganese peroxidase (MnP) là enzyme có khả năng phân hủy lignin và một số hợp chất hữu cơ độc hại. MnP được sinh tổng hợp bởi nấm, vi khuẩn và xạ khuẩn. Bài viết trình bày kết quả tuyển chọn chủng nấm sinh tổng hợp MnP và nghiên cứu khả sinh tổng hợp MnP của chủng nấm được tuyển chọn.

In this study, with the aim of determining and assessing the influence of several culture conditions on the ligninolytic enzyme (LiP, MnP, and Lac) activity of bacteria, five lignin-degrading bacteria strains were isolated from two different soil samples and cultured on minimum salt medium agar containing alkaline lignin (MSML agar). Among the five isolated strains, DL1 and X3 expressed strong and stable ligninase enzyme activity at various temperature levels (30C, 37C, 50C, and 60C) and were selected for further study.

Manganese peroxidase (MnP) from Irpex lacteus F17 has been shown to have a strong ability to degrade recalcitrant aromatic pollutants. In this study, a recombinant MnP from I. lacteus F17 was expressed in Escherichia coli Rosetta (DE3) in the form of inclusion bodies, which were refolded to achieve an active enzyme.
