  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the operational efficiency of publicly listed manufacturing companies on the Vietnamese stock market during the period 2010-2022. With panel data of 1690 observations, the results indicate that the profitability ratio has been influenced by five factors. The most influential factors that positively affecting ROA must include Cashflow (coef = 0.947), while the other factors show statistical significance, but their coefficients suggest a relatively weak impact (debt, size, liquid, leverage).

  • This paper suggests the balanced approach of the new two-sided group chain sampling plan (NTSGCh) which operates with four acceptance criteria. The lifetime distribution of Log-logistic is used in this study, and the method of time truncated life test simulation is conducted. The findings proved that the NTSGCh performed better than the NTSCoGCh. Therefore, the NTSGCh is a worthy option for implementation in lot inspection in the manufacturing industry.

  • This study has adopted the concept of bricolage to explain innovation performance among manufacturing SMEs in Malaysia that operate under resource-constrained environment. By adopting quantitative approach, this study has collected 217 sets of data from the Federation of Malaysian Manufactures (FMM) Directory for 2016. The response rate of the survey is at 43.4% and the data is analysed through PLS-SEM. After the establishment of construct’s validity and reliability, the study has confirmed a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and innovation performance.
