Recumbent cow syndrome refers to cows that become recumbent and fail to rise. Five hundred and fifty six cows presented in recumbency to veterinary hospital, Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu during the period June 2015 to May 2019 were analyzed for haematobiochemical changes. There was no significant difference in the haematological values within the recumbent cows having metabolic disorders.
