The advancement of single-cell sequencing has progressed our ability to solve biological questions. Cell type annotation is of vital importance to this process, allowing for the analysis and interpretation of enormous single-cell datasets. At present, however, manual cell annotation which is the predominant approach remains limited by both speed and the requirement of expert knowledge.

Conduct a cluster analysis of inpatient portal (IPP) users from an academic medical center to improve understanding of who uses these portals and how. Methods: We used 18 months of data from audit log files, which recorded IPP user actions, of 2815 patient admissions. A hierarchical clustering algorithm was executed to group patient admissions on the basis of proportion of use for each of 10 IPP features. Post-hoc analyses were conducted to further understand IPP use.

Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS) are typically designed to identify phenotype-associated single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) individually using univariate analysis methods. Though providing valuable insights into genetic risks of common diseases, the genetic variants identified by GWAS generally account for only a small proportion of the total heritability for complex diseases.

The aim of the present study was to examine the diversity for heat tolerance in a set of 105 accessions using some key morphophysiological attributes. The data was standardized by calculating percent change over control, and used for phonetic analysis and construction of dendograms based on distance matrix (all primary data is given as supplementary material listed in statistical analysis section of Materials and Methods).

The proposed methods are experimentally compared with the state-of-the-art greedy algorithms for solving the OBOP by using a large benchmark of real-world databases. Furthermore, we provide a complete statistical analysis of the experimental study, which shows that several of the proposed algorithms outperform the current state-of-the-art greedy algorithms.

This paper focuses on the accuracy of forecasting with various numbers of variables to optimize the data held. The initial stage of this research is the division of clusters using the hierarchical clustering method to divide 24 administrative regions into 6 clusters, and to increase the accuracy of forecasting using principal component regression. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the MAPE values vary in each cluster.
