This study aims to assess the performance efficiency of 22 ports listed in the stock market in Vietnam. A hybrid method of AHP and Malmquist DEA was applied to handle the problem of efficiency measurement. In this study, rGO/NiCo2S4 composite materials were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. In this paper, a model combining recurrent neural networks and convolutional neural networks is proposed to build a model that can simultaneously estimate missing values and classify time series data.
