This is the city with the highest number of elderly people in the country. On the other hand, elderly people face many obstacles in using Fintech services and this is also an object that Hanoi City is paying attention to. This paper therefore explores the risks associated with IBS uptake, the payment issues surrounding its projects in Malaysia, the way forward and to propose other payment method that suits Malaysia. Besides performing extensive literature reviews, expert opinion was also obtained by interviewing four (4) Malaysian construction industry practitioners from different supply chains of an IBS project with each of them possessing a minimum of 25 years of working experience.

"Study of supply chain strategy for achieving sustainable transport near National Park, Jerantut, Pahang, Malaysia" suggested that public transport facilities must be upgraded with better roads and better bus stops. Payment methods and tickets’ price is merely not a big issue for National Park. For promoting a sustainability issue, the National Park required more enhancements, not just the bus, the roads around also must be facilitated with more ecofriendly infrastructures to promote walking and cycling.

The purpose of this qualitative study is to look at the blockchain application in the field of international trade for Bangladesh perspective. To find out a comprehensive view of blockchain in the international trade ecosystem, in-depth primary interview with relevant stakeholders was taken in addition to analyzing secondary data. The study found that blockchain can transform many parts of the existing international trade process in Bangladesh including customs, trade document management, trade method, payment, transport document, certifications and combating fraudulent activities.

The study examines the effect of financial leverage and dividend payments on firm value using a sample of 29 listed real estate firms from the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). By employing the Ordinary Least Square (OLS), Two-stage Least Square (2SLS), and Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimation methods, we obtain robust evidence of the positive effect of leverage and dividend distribution on real estate sector corporate value.

This study provides an insight view of the importance of e-wallet and enables e-wallet providers to understand thoroughly their potential customers. The results of interviewing 250 respondents living and working in Ho Chi Minh city through face-to-face and online surveys indicate that attitude towards technology positively affects the intention of using e-wallet; moreover, perceived usefulness is the most influencing factor for the attitude towards technology.
