This paper propose a framework to enhance the retail supply chain process of pharmaceutical distribution companies starting from forecasting the products of the next month ending with deliver the right amount of medicines to the right place and at the right time in addition to tracking the stock during the month by applying key performance indicator (KPIs). One of the challenges facing pharmaceutical distribution companies is how to control inventory levels in order to prevent costs of excessive inventory and prevent losing customers due to drug shortages.

In particular, the level of disclosure of economic information reached the highest rate of 41% whereas the levels of disclosure of environmental and social issues were only 21% and 38% respectively. Other research findings show that several factors related to company characteristics such as company size, media exposure, composition of the board and women in the board of directors have positive impacts on the level of disclosure of sustainable development of listed companies in mining, manufacturing and construction sectors on the Vietnamese stock market.

The study population was 47 companies in the mining sector, using the purposive sampling method, the research sample was selected as many as 32 companies in a period of 5 years from 2014 to 2018 so that 160 observations were obtained. This research aims to analyze the determinants of stock return disclosure of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The research adopted the Eviews program in data processing and Random effect regression model was chosen to test the relationship between internal and external indicators as independent variables include return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), oil price and exchange rate. The result shows that return on assets and debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock return.
