This study aimed to evaluate reaction conditions for deposition of SiO2 nanoparticles on the surface of cellulose fibers and their influence on moisture adsorption of the hybrid organic–inorganic material formed.

Hydraulic properties of soils play a significant role in development and adoption of suitable water management practices capable of increasing input use efficiency of soils for maintaining agricultural production of arid and semi arid regions. The study was carried out to investigate the hydraulic properties of soils varying in texture, organic carbon and salt contents. The soil samples were collected from 0-15 and 15-30 cm depths at farmers’ field in different villages spread over nine districts of the Haryana state during 2016-17.

This paper presents the results of the peptizability of boehmite and its application for the preparation of

-Al2O3 in spherical shape has high mechanical resistance and high surface area. The water vapor adsorption ability of sphere of
- Al2O3 has also been determined.
-Al2O3 in spherical shape can adsorb moisture up to 65% of their weight.

VOCs from process vents are, where possible, re-used within processes but this is dependent on such factors as VOC composition, any restrictions on re-use and VOC value. The next alternative is to recover the VOC calorific content as fuel and, if not, there may be a requirement for abatement. A combination of techniques may be needed, for example: pre- treatment (to remove moisture and particulates); concentration of a dilute gas stream; primary removal to reduce high concentrations, and finally polishing to achieve the desired release levels.
