Research objectives: Thesis was the first studied methodically systematic assessment of genetic diversity by morphological indicators combined with molecular markers, identification of Vietnamese native Dendroium species based on the ITS sequences. Diagnostic tests by molecular biology is made for studying the relations among Fusarium species for linking production of proteins, degree of relationship and occurrence of malformation. Determination of proteins for isolates causing-disease by SDS-PAGE explained there’s specific band for each fungus and there are common bands among some isolates of fungi. Since, band with MW 30 KDa represented only in F. proliferatum and F. oxysporum and F. subgluti-nans respectively. This band considered as specific band for these isolates, which released high patho-genisity effect.

PSA (prostate-specific antigen), the most useful serum marker for prostate cancer, is encoded by thehKLK3gene and is present in the serumas amixture of several molecular species. This work was performed to identify the hKLK3 transcripts in order to determine how many proteins resembling PSA are synthesized from thehKLK3gene and secreted in blood. Combined Northern blotting, molecular cloninganddatabase searching showed that thehKLK3gene produces at least 15 transcripts ranging in size from 0.7 to 6.1 kb. Nociceptors are specialized nerve fibers that transmit noxious pain stimuli to the dorsal horn of the spinal cord. A subset of nociceptors, the nonpepti-dergic C-fibers, is characterized by its reactivity for the plant isolectin B4 (IB4) from Griffonia simplicifolia. The molecular nature of the IB4-reactive glycoconjugate, although used as a neuroanatomical marker for more than a decade, has remained unknown.

The present study aimed to determine the role of Kupffer cells (KCs) in cytochrome P450 (CYP) isozyme activity and the expression of its gene during polymicrobial sepsis. For ablation of KCs, rats were pretreated with gadolinium chloride (GdCl3 ) at 48 and 24 h before cecal ligation and punc-ture (CLP). The depletion of KCs was confirmed by measuring the mRNA level of the KC marker gene CD163.
